As the countdown to KISS’s farewell tour’s grand finale begins, Gene Simmons has already begun a new endeavor. He does not appear to be one to rest on his laurels. Simmons/Hamilton Productions, the newly formed production business, has big intentions, according to Simmons’ latest tweets. Their goal is to make action-packed thrillers that keep audiences on the edge of their seats, and they’re getting started with ‘Deep Water.’ Renny Harlin, director of the iconic shark-infested thriller ‘Deep Blue Sea,’ will once again wade into the perilous waters of shark-dominated thrillers. Simmons praised his partner, Hamilton, in one of his speeches, describing him as an excellent contributor who has given a strong understanding of the movie industry to their enterprise. The bassist, who has always been drawn to thrilling escapades, subsequently expressed his excitement and eagerness to go on this new adventure.
According to SlashFilm.com, Gene Simmons stated the following: “I’ve met a lot of characters in my long career in the music business, but Gary Hamilton is the real deal!” He’s a brilliant film executive and a fantastic collaborator who, along with the fantastic team at Arclight Films, adds his expertise and exceptional knowledge of the film industry to this collaboration. “I am ecstatic to be launching ‘Deep Water’ as our first project with action maven Renny Harlin at the helm.” With KISS’s career coming to an end, Simmons is focusing his efforts on this promising production company. The bassist’s recent tweets supporting the project demonstrate his dedication to this new enterprise, as he plans to produce approximately 25 feature films in the future.
