The next tour will promote their latest album, ‘But Here We Are,’ which was released last week (June 2) and is their 11th studio album. It’s also their first album without longtime drummer Taylor Hawkins, who died in March while on tour in Columbia. Now, in a recent update posted on their official website, Dave Grohl and co. have confirmed that UK gigs are on the way, beginning next year. The website originally stated, “Pre-order any format of ‘But Here We Are’ for pre-sale code access to forthcoming and soon-to-be-announced UK live dates.”
However, as of yesterday (June 6), an observant fan noticed that the statement had been altered and now reads: “Foo Fighters will tour the UK in 2024.” Order ‘But Here We Are’ from the official store by Thursday to receive a pre-sale code for the upcoming live performances.”

Originally, the American rock veterans were scheduled to perform a stadium tour in the United Kingdom in the summer of last year, but all dates were canceled following the devastating news of Hawkins’ death. Later, it was reported that Josh Freese had been hired as their new live drummer, and the band made their live return with a set at the Boston Calling festival in Massachusetts. Earlier this week, the band revealed tour dates for Australia and New Zealand in late 2023 and early 2024, as well as a surprise appearance at this year’s Glastonbury festival.
